Products are presented with the greatest possible care. As some pieces are handmade or hand-finished, slight variations may occur in colors, materials, shapes, or finishes.

Prices are shown in CHF with taxes included. If another currency is enabled, the converted amount is shown before checkout. Shipping costs are specified during checkout before the order is confirmed.

An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. Minis Home may contact the customer if additional information is needed to prepare or deliver the order.

Cash and Stripe payments are available. Stripe card details are handled securely by Stripe, and Minis Home does not store customer banking details.

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and product availability.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery when items are unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection using the original payment method.

Minis Home cannot be held responsible for improper use of products. These terms are governed by Swiss law.
